Guiding our teachers
It is important for our teachers to interact with and educate our children (appropriate to their various age groups), and with the right amount of attention.
It is because of this that we have made it a priority to provide them with training that assesses their knowledge and gives them a better understanding of how to educate young children.

Language
Most educational material is written in English, which is why we try to make sure the children can read and write in it. We also ask the teachers to communicate with the children in two to three other languages to enable them to really tackle the information the children are challenged with.

Assessment
Our teachers are graded, which allows us to check which areas teachers have improved in, and which are still difficult for them.
